How the platform is intended to work

From a commercial roof to a contracted infrastructure asset.

The proposed platform separates customer origination, capital decisions and project delivery. Each role is visible; each project still has to earn approval.

01

Originate

Australian Onsite Energy works with businesses and property owners to identify suitable commercial sites and customer requirements.

02

Underwrite

Each opportunity is assessed on the customer, site, energy profile, contract structure, delivery scope and operating risk.

03

Approve

Capital is considered project by project, subject to diligence, documentation and the final ownership structure.

04

Deliver

Approved delivery partners execute a defined engineering and construction scope with project-level controls.

05

Own

The proposed platform is designed around long-term stewardship of the infrastructure and its contracted receivable.

02 / STRUCTURE

One operating system, distinct responsibilities

Two brands. Two clear jobs.

The questions before the capital

What must be true before money goes onto a roof.

Equipment is only one part of the decision. The quality of the customer obligation, the contract and the delivery plan determine whether the asset is financeable.

01

Counterparty

Can the customer sustain the contracted payment obligation?

02

Site

Do the roof, load profile, electrical design and connection pathway support the proposed system?

03

Contract

Are pricing, term, security, assignment and remedies suitable for long-term ownership?

04

Delivery

Are the EPC scope, programme, warranties and capital cost independently supportable?

05

Operations

Can performance, compliance and asset management be maintained over the contract life?

DISCIPLINE

No deployment simply to meet a capital target. No project approval without an identified customer, a supportable site and documented terms.

04 / PEOPLE

Named accountability
