1. What we collect

The contact form may collect your name, organisation, work email, phone number, enquiry type, message, consent record, source page and basic service logs such as an IP address. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to record, review and respond to your enquiry; assess whether it relates to a site, capital discussion or partnership; maintain business records; and operate and secure the website.

3. Lead database and service providers

Form submissions are written first to the venture’s Supabase lead database. A lead, preliminary organisation/site record and stage-one deal record may be created so the founding team can review and respond. GoHighLevel may be used later as a downstream communications system. Relevant information may also be processed by our website host, technology providers, advisers and project partners where reasonably needed to respond. Some providers may process data outside Australia.

4. Contact and marketing

Submission consent permits the team to contact you about the enquiry you made. It does not enrol you in an automated marketing sequence. Any future marketing consent should be requested separately.

5. Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as needed for the enquiry, business records, disputes and legal obligations. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Access, correction and complaints

To request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, use the website’s contact form and select “General enquiry”. We may need to verify your identity. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

7. Changes

This notice will be updated when the final Australian Renewables Fund entity, contact details, service providers or data practices are confirmed.
